1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “TOS,” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of any website owned or operated by Allan Media Group LLC (“Allan Media Group,” “AMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

  • allanmediagroup.com
  • smartsystemsuite.com
  • recurringrevenuecollective.com

Member portals, training sites, client dashboards, and any associated services, software, or digital products offered by AMG (collectively, the “Sites”).

By using the Sites, purchasing any digital product, subscribing to Smart System Suite™, or participating in Recurring Revenue Collective™, you agree to these Terms without exception. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Sites immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites or purchase products or services.

2. ABOUT OUR PLATFORMS AND SERVICES

2.1 Allan Media Group LLC

AMG is a marketing, media, and education company that provides:

  • Business strategy and marketing training
  • Recurring revenue frameworks
  • Funnels, templates, and digital resources
  • Software access through Smart System Suite™
  • Community-based support through Recurring Revenue Collective™

2.2 Smart System Suite™

Smart System Suite (“SSS”) is a proprietary branded CRM, automation, and marketing platform operated by Allan Media Group LLC.

Disclosure:
Smart System Suite™ runs on the underlying software infrastructure of HighLevel, a third-party technology provider. AMG controls the branding, support, configuration, pricing, and user access of SSS but is not liable for outages, data loss, feature changes, or system behavior originating from HighLevel. This disclosure is provided once here and applies across all use of Smart System Suite.

2.3 Recurring Revenue Collective™

The Recurring Revenue Collective (“RRC”) is an educational membership community offering business frameworks, trainings, and coaching. RRC provides strategies, not software. Access to SSS is not included unless explicitly stated as part of a specific offer.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Sites is subject to our Privacy Policy, available in the footer of our websites. By using the Sites, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

Any publicly posted content (e.g., comments, social media posts) may be visible on the internet. AMG is not responsible for information you voluntarily make public.

3.1 SMS Terms

Program: Allan Media Group LLC text updates. You may opt in at allanmediagroup.com/text-updates to receive informational messages (such as reminders and course and account updates) and, if you choose, promotional messages (offers and events).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. LIMITED LICENSE TO USE THE SITES

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Sites for personal or approved business purposes.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or reproduce content
  • Reverse engineer Smart System Suite™ or any AMG assets
  • Abuse software systems or attempt unauthorized access
  • Mirror or replicate the Sites

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Sites, including but not limited to videos, graphics, templates, frameworks, scripts, automations, snapshots, funnels, AI prompts, downloadable files, and branding—is the exclusive property of Allan Media Group LLC unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any AMG intellectual property without written permission.

You may not remove copyrights, branding, or disclaimers from any downloadable or digital content.

6. DOWNLOADING, COPYING, AND SHARING POLICY

Content may only be downloaded or shared if a product or page expressly states that such sharing is permitted.

You may not:

  • Share internal URLs
  • Share paid content with non-paying users
  • Copy onboarding, templates, training, or automation assets
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
  • Repurpose AMG frameworks or proprietary methods without permission

Violations may result in legal action and termination of access.

7. SMART SYSTEM SUITE™ ACCOUNT USE

7.1 No Account Sharing

Each Smart System Suite account is licensed to a single business entity. Login sharing or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Ownership

The paying subscriber is considered the legal owner of the account. AMG will not mediate disputes between business partners, teams, or contractors.

7.3 Restrictions

Users may NOT:

  • Host or operate agency services for external businesses inside their SSS account
  • Duplicate or export proprietary SSS templates or automations for resale
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent platform features

7.4 Platform Limitations

Because Smart System Suite™ runs on HighLevel infrastructure:

AMG is not responsible for:

  • System downtime
  • Technical failures
  • Integration issues
  • API limitations
  • Feature changes or removals
  • Data loss, corruption, or export failures

Users assume full responsibility for backing up their own data.

7.5 Usage-Based Services

Customers acknowledge that certain Smart System Suite features operate on a usage-based billing model, including but not limited to email delivery, SMS messaging, phone usage, AI services, premium workflow actions, domains, and other third-party services.

Usage fees are governed by the current Billing Policies & Fees and may be charged separately from subscription fees.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their usage and maintaining valid payment methods and wallet balances where applicable.

7.6 Artificial Intelligence Services

Smart System Suite may provide access to artificial intelligence tools and services.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or content that requires human review.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and using AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

Allan Media Group LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7.7 Communications Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding email, SMS, phone calls, voicemail, marketing communications, privacy requirements, and consent requirements, including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • A2P 10DLC requirements
  • State privacy laws
  • International communication regulations

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Allan Media Group LLC harmless from any claims, penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from their communications activities.

7.8 Domain Registrations

Customers purchasing domains through Smart System Suite acknowledge that domain registrations are subject to third-party registrar policies.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for renewing domains and maintaining accurate registration information.

Allan Media Group LLC is not responsible for lost domains, expired domains, domain disputes, registrar actions, or domain transfer issues.

7.9 Customer Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data, contacts, conversations, workflows, automations, documents, media, and other content stored within Smart System Suite.

Allan Media Group LLC does not guarantee recovery of deleted, corrupted, inaccessible, or lost data.

7.10 Suspension and Termination

Allan Media Group LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Smart System Suite, Recurring Revenue Collective™, or any associated services at any time for:

  • Nonpayment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of platform resources
  • Illegal activity
  • Conduct harmful to Allan Media Group LLC, its users, or service providers

No refund shall be due following suspension or termination for cause.

8. PAYMENT, BILLING & NO-REFUND POLICY

8.1 Digital Products, Memberships, Subscriptions

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for:

  • Smart System Suite™ subscriptions
  • Recurring Revenue Collective™ memberships
  • Any Allan Media Group course, download, training, AI prompt, template, automation, or digital asset
  • One-time or recurring fees
  • Any marketplace or digital content purchase

No prorated refunds are given for partial subscription periods.

8.2 Cancellations

Cancellation stops future billing only.
Users remain responsible for any past-due charges.

8.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase constitutes breach of these Terms. AMG reserves the right to terminate all access and pursue collection efforts.

9. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

AMG attempts to be accurate but does not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, training materials, or feature lists are error-free or complete.

10. USER CONDUCT & ACCOUNTABILITY

You agree NOT to:

  • Post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass team members or other users
  • Use AMG platforms to promote competing services
  • Share copyrighted content without rights
  • Violate privacy laws
  • Misuse community features (spam, self-promotion, etc.)

You agree to indemnify Allan Media Group LLC for losses arising from your misuse of the Sites.

10.1 Community Participation

Participation in the Recurring Revenue Collective™ community is a privilege, not a right.

Allan Media Group LLC reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate community access for behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to the community, staff, members, or business interests of Allan Media Group LLC.

Removal from the community does not entitle the member to a refund.

11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

AMG may recommend tools, services, or platforms and may receive compensation if you purchase through an affiliate link.

Compensation does not influence our recommendations.
You should perform due diligence on all third-party products before purchasing.

AMG is not responsible for claims, pricing, features, or performance of third-party providers.

12. MILD EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

AMG, RRC, and SSS provide strategic education, tools, and frameworks.
We do NOT guarantee:

  • Any specific income
  • Client acquisition
  • Business outcomes
  • Lead volume or conversion rates
  • Financial performance of any kind

Your results depend on your implementation, market factors, and business decisions.

13. EXTERNAL LINKS

AMG is not responsible for:

  • Availability of third-party sites
  • Content found on external pages
  • Purchases made from other companies
  • Claims or representations made by external providers

Once you leave our Sites, our Terms no longer apply.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AMG shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages.

In no event shall Allan Media Group LLC's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Allan Media Group LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree all claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

15. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana (Flathead County, Kalispell).

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Sites will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

No class actions or consolidated claims are permitted.

16. INTERNATIONAL USE

AMG does not guarantee that the Sites are legally permitted in all jurisdictions.
Users accessing the Sites from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

AMG may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
