  • Forms, funnels, landing pages, or campaigns you create
  • Communication logs (SMS, email, call recordings, etc., depending on your settings)

All data entered into Smart System Suite remains your data; AMG processes it only to provide the Service.

3.3 User-Generated Content

This includes:

  • Survey responses
  • Uploaded files
  • Support messages
  • Comments or messages in membership portals
  • Information you voluntarily provide during coaching or community participation

3.4 Log Data and Technical Data

We may collect device and browser information including:

When customers use communication features within Smart System Suite™, the Service may process:

  • SMS messages
  • MMS messages
  • Email communications
  • Call recordings
  • Voicemail recordings
  • Call logs
  • Communication metadata

Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before recording calls, sending messages, or collecting communication data.

3.8 Text Messaging (SMS)

Allan Media Group LLC may send text messages to people who have opted in, including reminders, course and account updates, event news and, if they choose, offers. We collect your mobile number and your consent only when you give them to us.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help. AMG does not access your account content except:

  • To resolve service issues
  • When legally required
  • When needed to ensure compliance with our Terms

We do not use your account data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

7.1 Call Recording Services

Some Smart System Suite™ features may allow customers to record phone calls or conversations.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, and international laws regarding recording, monitoring, disclosure, consent, storage, and use of recorded communications.

Allan Media Group LLC is not responsible for customer misuse of recording features.

7.2 Customer Data Responsibilities

Customers using Smart System Suite™ are responsible for obtaining any required consent, permissions, notices, and disclosures related to personal information collected from their own contacts, leads, customers, subscribers, or website visitors.

Allan Media Group LLC acts as a service provider or processor for such information and does not control how customers collect or use their own data.

8. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If Allan Media Group LLC engages in a merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, or similar transaction, customer information may be transferred as part of the business assets.

Any successor entity will be bound by this Policy or one with equivalent protections.

9. COMPROMISE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws.

AMG is not liable for data loss or disclosure caused by:
